66 Degrees is a consulting firm that analyzes employee utilization to assess the following:

• If new job requests need to be opened up for recruiting

• If new projects can be resourced with employees already on staff based on forecasted employee utilization

• Utilization trends for a profitability analysis

I put together a quick Dashboard design for them to utilize to better understand their employee metrics.
