Through track filter feature, users can now track important keywords within a few clicks instead of wasting time scrolling through countless unimportant notifications from everyone at your workplace.

How does it work?

Through track filter, a user can track specific keywords in any group, project, or even a user to get quick updates regarding the work the user usually focuses on. So if your job is to resolve urgent issues for customers, you can easily find "urgent" issues through this filter and respond in a timely manner which increases customer satisfaction and loyalty with the brand. This also helps increase overall corporate efficiency as employee productivity increases in other departments because they are empowered to focus on their main duties.
