Help Support Chat Client

Launched a support chat client with a bot front-end to replace the company's antiquated chat experience. The design included a completely custom frontend, file upload flows, chatbot implementation, and integration into existing customer service systems.

The result of the new experience was a massive 24% decrease in low level support requests, saving the customer time, increasing NPS, and ultimately saving on support costs.
