Digital account's virtual assistant.

To reduce the percentage of support tickets, we were tasked with designing a virtual assistant for a digital account. Our approach was to identify the most common doubts and create simple solutions to address them. We experimented with various frames and shapes to create the virtual assistant, and one of the designs we tested was the story shape.
