A Vitrine Revit tinha um problema grande de experiência e usabilidade. Os usuários não conseguiam encontrar os objetos BIMs que estavam buscando porque a disposição dos elementos e navegação não eram muito intuitiva e por isso grande parte deles desistiam de utilizar a plataforma, fazendo com que a Plataforma perdesse valor para seus parceiros comerciais, os fabricantes.

Além disso, devido a rápido crescimento da empresa, a versão anterior do site não representava mais o posicionamento e autoridade da empresa no mercado, sendo necessário um reposicionamento no mercado.

The Revit Showcase had a major experience and usability problem. Users were unable to find the BIM objects they were looking for because the layout of the elements and navigation were not very intuitive and therefore most of them gave up using the platform, causing the Platform to lose value for its commercial partners, the manufacturers.

Furthermore, due to the company's rapid growth, the previous version of the website no longer represented the company's positioning and authority in the market, requiring repositioning in the market.

A empresa acelerava cada vez mais e a cada novo passo o desafio era mais evidente, fazendo com que a necessidade de buscar por uma solução de reposicionamento fosse iniciada o quanto antes .
