Vitamin Sea, Swim Instruction

Vitamin Sea is Dunkirk NY brand helping people of all ages learn, relearn, the importance of knowing how to swim. Boarding Lake Erie, Dunkirk is known for its share of beaches and a signature lighthouse seen from a distance.

I created a logo that kids can recognize, teens can stand behind, and parents can trust. I made a visually symmetrical icon using a life preserver to frame a two-tone icon of the local lighthouse. Blues were chosen for their openness and relation to water, and orange was taken from the color of a life preserver.
