Saving Changes Indicator

I've been working on updating our existing (relatively new) loading/saving indicator (internally called HUD).

With our new React Native integration for settings pages we needed a nice clear way to show something is happening. The HUD seemed the most appropriate way. It's obvious but non-obtrusive and can be used to display 3 states, loading, saved and errored.

The animation is a mixture of CSS animation and JS. This will be appearing on an ekmPowershop near you, soon!

Feedback is very welcome on this. I'm trying to refine this as much as possible.
