What are Employee merit badges

Merit badges is a way for Unstoppable domains to recognize and reward employees for their achievements and contributions to the organization. These badges are typically awarded for completing specific tasks or reaching certain milestones within the company. We first introduced this feature within the company and started planning how other companies can make use of this technology to award their employees and showcase these badges on their Ud.me profile pages.

1. Research: I thoroughly researched the badge requirements to understand its essence.

2. Brainstorming: I quickly brainstormed concepts based on the AI draft, seeking inspiration for specific badge elements.

3. Sketching: I translated the concepts into clear, Procreate sketches, ready for digitalization.

4. Digitization: I meticulously converted the sketches into precise, well-colored vector illustrations on Vectornator.

5. Feedback: I collected team feedback, addressing scaling and shadow issues through mockups on Figma.

6. Finalization: I completed the adjustments and delivered the final badge illustrations for OpenSea minting and distribution to eligible employees.
