Guerilla UX

In the context of enhancing user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design for a mobile parcel delivery application in Africa, on-site user interviews were conducted to gather feedback, observe parcel shipping processes, analyze demographic and geographic data, create personas, collaborate with the development team, and perform on-site usability tests.
