A graph displaying data for the Strive Media corporate site. The data are not directly related, but needed to be displayed in a way that would give each datum some context and present the whole in a visually striking way. I chose to represent each as though it were a peak in a mountain range, which makes the information seem grand or important and gives the orders of magnitude between the numbers some breathing room in the form of implied 3-dimensional depth. Notice that the chart maintains the impression of perpetual growth while still allowing the info to be presented in the center of the visual space. Overall, this presentation gives the appropriate impression of the numbers without conflating the varied data sources and volumes. View the graph with animation in it's broader context here:
