Overview

This is a Walton refrigerator’s service data archive app. In this app service expert and technician can communicate with engineers about the problem and solution.

Anyone can find solution of problem from the solution archive lists.

Goal

1. To make easy communication between service experts, technicians and engineers to resolve specific problem.

2. To store information on how each problem was solved.

3. To find ways to prevent the problems that occur more often after the sale of refrigerators.

Complain

1. Users land complain list page.

2. Search complain using SR number.

3. Filter complain by refrigerator model and series number.

4. Sort complain by Service center location and Problem wise

5. All complain will open in another screen when users click on each complain from list.

Messaging

1. Users can ask question, discussion and provide solution using this feature.

2. Message content will be – Text, Photo, Image, Video, Voice recording.

Solutions

1. Previously provided all solutions will be store in this page.

2. Users can filter solutions problem wise.

3. Keep track each complain from customer complain to solving process.

4. There will also be information about who create the complain and who is involved in solving the complain.
