Microsurvey Design

A micro survey is a fast and easy way of collecting user feedback in a bite-sized format, compared to traditional longer surveys used for user research. As part of Userpilot's continuous effort to improve user retention and engagement for their customers, the next step towards growth was to enable them to collect sentiment from their users.
