Logo for leadership programme "Confident Leaders"
Hello dribbble!
I am glad to present you my work - a logo for there latest offering called "Confident Leaders" from a team of organisational psychologists from the Social Intelligence Group.
To design the logo, I used main colors of the company. For the word "confident," I used a sans-serif font, symbolizing smoothness and lack of obstacles in the way. The letter "o" was replaced with a composition of shapes that carry several key messages:
1. The orange circle represents a rising sun from the embrace of the blue ocean.
2. At the same time, it portrays a person - a confident leader and conductor - holding a conductor's baton in the right hand, and in the left hand, we see a green arrow-pointer as a symbol of achieving set goals.
On the right side of the logo, there is a vertical orange line. As you know, the color orange boosts self-esteem, promotes a good mood, and helps evoke a surge of vitality, providing an optimistic tone. This vertical line forms a separate meaningful section from the words "leaders," "ent" (in the context of an abbreviation for "enter"), and "group," which, in the overall context, signifies belonging and being part of a group of leaders for those who utilize agency's services.
Thank you for watching! I would appreciate your feedback!
I would be happy to design a logo for you.
