Caesar's Head Overlook, Acrylic Painting

This acrylic painting was inspired by a photograph of Caesar's Head Overlook in South Carolina. It depicts a landscape scene of the Appalachian mountains, orange sunset sky, lake, and a cliff in the distance.

The complementary colors include warm hues of orange and sienna in the sky with calm blues and moody greens in the landscape. The size is approximately 48"W x 24"T, painted on finish grade plywood with a handmade 1x2 pine frame, stained with Minwax Special Walnut.
