App for a Cafe in Town

Context:

So I had to build this application for a new cafe that is going to open in the owners hometown. This cafe needs to have an edge over the other shops few miles away.

So I had to research on other cafe shops , find out about the issues associated with other shop applications and make this application solve those issues to gain more customers.

Many a times we see people working in cafes ...may be a group project or an individual away from home to avoid distractions or some who don't like being alone as everyone has a different lifestyle and point of views , but then it noisy as well and there's no proper Wi-Fi.

Problems:

Stand In queue Again

People get annoyed when they have to move from their table to order ,loose their place and stand again in queue when its a busy cafe .

No proper WI-FI

In this fast growing world everyone does need an internet and phone , whether its to talk to their loves away or do something related to work .

New Menu but Allergic to food items

Many people love trying different options everyday but end up in a dilemma as at times the ingredients are not mentioned and even if mentioned its not customizable according to the customers needs so even thought they want to they can't.

Delay notifications

Many people order through phone but by the time they pick-up the foods cold .They need options wherein they can choose to be notified before a certain period of time or to be notified If there will be a delay because of a busy cafe day .

They visit the cafe but no table available

People come from far at times when they start loving a place or their different Menu or when their overwhelmed with the taste of their favorite's .Imagine having to go back home without tasting it .

Goals

Our goal is that our users experience is as smooth as possible .Anybody who visits the cafe should go back satisfied and happily .From being able to book a table to being able to work in good environment to finding all their favorites to selecting a monthly healthy subscription's for people with hectic work life's to being notified about the ingredients when their allergic to items to being notified about delays and minimizing the waiting time as much as possible .
