Mini Project

Prompt: Using a printed copy of Rule and Constraint, eliminate all words but those that begin with the first letter of your first and/or last name. About this piece...

Prompt: Using the ideas of oulipo, create a self sustained project with multiple check in marks.

Created in: ART.4601 Graphic Design Workshop 1 at University of Tennessee - Chattanooga.

My notes: This project was all about the process and how my work developed with each part that I completed. Having a very short turnover rate I started this project just focused on how I would get my picture and text. In each part there was new parameters on how to get a new picture and text, while also including the previous picture/text that was found. Working through the parts, I decided to lean into a

sci-fi narrative and for the first time I dove into digital world building. My final piece is a zine of my previous works combined. I decided to create a personal narrative in finding closure when it is not given, and continuing to live life knowing that there is more beautiful and peaceful places out there for you.
