Helping users to see an accurate and up-to-date summary and status of their account. 

This was part of a larger product change initiative. Where we restructured, and reorganised the settings feature, and then added onto the settings capabilities to set-up and control your account with more granularity and ease. See ux case study here

Creating a new 'subscription and billings' page, we built a component to sit at the top of the page to summarise the monthly cost and the status of the plan from user licences to Job usage to Text messages.

The benefit to the user is they could now keep track of their subscription costs and understand where they were spending their money.
