Improved UI for Booking and Payment Status.

Helping users to see the status, details and progress of booking and payment completions against a job - whilst managing a job.

This was part of a larger product change initiative. Where we evolved the users ability to quickly keep track of booking and payment statuses against a job. We arranged it to sit in a collapsible/ expandable ‘Job details’ panel.

Utilising a new design system, we built a universal component to reuse in both use cases, driving consistency and making it highly recognisable to scan for information and toggle between overview and details without sacrificing the critical information. See ux case study here
