Cashier Restaurant Cafe POS Dashboard System

Continue with my last post. Here's I want to share the design for cashiers roles.
User Roles
So I divided the POS Systems into 3 roles :
The Cashiers -> The one who gets the payment / receptionist
The Waitress -> The one who delivers the customer to their table, the one who inputs the customer's order, and the one who delivers the food
The Kitchen -> The one who proceeded or relied on the order, the one who checked the ingredients, and the one who checked the order before it was served.
The Roles can be varied depending on the size of the restaurants/cafes.
For this post I will focus on the Cashier Roles
Home Page
For the cashier roles here, I made the master of POS Systems. It can be used by the manager of the restaurant. So I made a few summaries such as sales that day, the processing order, the average waiting time, sold out menu, and today's shift. I think this is an important indicator to manage the restaurant.
The sales of the day, total orders, and sold-out menu are associated with the revenues of the cafe. Meanwhile, the processing orders, the average waiting time, and today's shifts are associated with the efficiency of the restaurant.
User Flows
The cashier's Roles can access payment in 2 ways, from the table seats and from the order. Besides making a payment, the cashier has a role in making reservations. To make reservations it can be accessed from the table seats.
