Brand Identity for Sol Sunglasses
Sol sunglasses aimed to carve its niche in the eyewear industry by offering trendy designs coupled with UV protection and comfort. With a focus on appealing to fashion-conscious consumers, Sol sought a distinctive brand identity that would resonate with its target audience.
Objective:
The primary goal was to develop a compelling brand identity and logo that captured the essence of sunlight and eye protection while reflecting Sol's commitment to style and functionality.
Approach:
Extensive research into the sunglasses market, competitor branding, and design trends laid the foundation for the project. Inspired by the fusion of sunlight and eye protection, I conceptualised a logo where the letter 'O' in Sol would serve as a symbol of both the sun and an eye.
Concept Development:
The concept of the logo revolved around seamlessly integrating the elements of the sun and an eye to convey style and protection. The letter 'O' was envisioned as the focal point, representing a perfect synthesis of these two vital aspects.
