Revamping Mobikwik's B2B Analytic Dashboard

We recognised the need for a significant revamp of our B2B analytic dashboard. This transformation aimed to address key challenges, improve the architecture, and enhance the user interface and experience, ultimately providing business owners, accountants, cashiers and other stakeholders with a powerful tool for effortless payment analytics.

Challenges

Before the revamp, our dashboard had several problems, such as an outdated user interface, issues with data filtering, difficulties in managing refunds, and the absence of user profiles and roles.

What we did?

We made the dashboard better by solving its core architectural problems, and making sure everything fits together to give better User Interface & experience to our end users.
