Freshdesk Canned Forms

During my tenure at Freshworks, I worked with Freshdesk product team to design Canned Forms experience. Support agents can now simply add a form as a ticket reply, in scenarios when they need additional information from customers to resolve their tickets. Canned forms are highly customizable and can be branded as per your brand's identity.

Using a simple drag and drop interaction, users can design their form using different types of form fields.

For a drop-down form field, there is an option to insert nested fields that are child to their parent drop-down field.

Canned Forms are highly customizable. You can customize background, use your logo and even change the button accent color.
