Skipping Cycle Cel

Here's a WIP from something I've working on as a side project.
It's a bubble (or liquid) figure skipping, hence the squished feet as it lands.

I'm pretty happy with how it looks right now but there's something about it that doesn't feel quite right though I can't really put my finger on it.
So I'd LOVE to get some feedback on what could be improved!
