The Hyundai Car Service Tracking App is designed to enhance the after-sales service experience for Hyundai car owners. It provides users with real-time updates on their vehicle’s service status, simplifies interaction with service centers, and ensures transparency in service processes.

Why Users Need This App :

  1. Convenience: Users often struggle to keep track of service appointments or understand the status of their vehicle during servicing. This app solves that by offering instant updates and easy scheduling.

What I Have Done So Far :

  1. Wireframes:

    • Created detailed low-fidelity wireframes for the Login Page, Service Tracking, and Profile Section.

    • Mapped out the user flow to ensure seamless navigation between these sections.

  2. High-Fidelity Designs:

    • Developed polished, branded screens with a consistent design language that aligns with Hyundai’s identity.

    • Added interactive elements to showcase real-world usability, such as buttons, forms, and progress bars.

  3. Core Functionalities Designed:

    • Login Page: Secure user authentication, including “Forgot Password” and third-party login options.

    • Service Tracking: A real-time dashboard showing service progress, estimated completion times, and service center details.

    • Profile Section: Features for managing user details, viewing service history, and configuring notifications.

  4. Future Implementations :

  1. Service Scheduling:

    • Allow users to book, reschedule, or cancel service appointments directly from the app.

  2. Payment Integration:

    • Enable users to view service bills and make payments online.

  3. Push Notifications:

    • Reminders for upcoming service appointments, service completion, or special offers.

  4. Feedback System:

    • A simple way for users to rate and review service center performance.

  5. Integration with Hyundai Smart Features:

    • Sync with Hyundai's connected car ecosystem for automated diagnostics and predictive maintenance notifications.

  6. Multi-Vehicle Management:

    • Support for users who own more than one Hyundai car, with separate tracking for each vehicle.
