Introduction

Rabb is a company that franchised and operate multiple games genre across markets, serving million of gamers in different countries and regions. To serve the purpose of operating in different markets with different languages to be used, there is a high need for an automatic translation tool to eliminate the manual process and enhance team’s productivity.

Challenges

The Rabb translation tool is designed to serve multiple purposes not only for translation purpose but also to monitoring performance and keeping track of time and productivity to processing payroll. The productivity of workers, the development of ongoing projects, and other operational statistics may all be tracked with its help

Solutions

The design is made in small desktop size 1440px to ensure information is shown in a clear display, suitable to office workers’ devices such as laptop or tablet.

Translators Dashboard:

Rabb help to simplify the work and help translator to to the job easier and faster. It adds the “Dictionary” function which is not only a pure word-to-word translation but also the historical usage and recommendation to use by previous projects. This enables translators to refer relevant words in a precise context which improves the work quality at the end.

Team members now can track how many words/progress completed for each task to understand about him/herself capacity and time allocation. The dashboard also gives the word count as the base for expected payment after completing project.

PM Dashboard:

Tool is designed to replace all of the manual process from communicating via email, chat platforms to sharing multiple versions of excel files among team members for just one task. Now, all the communication is being done via Rabb tool. All the works are being done and saved directly on tool helping team to synchronize tasks in real time. Team leader/PM can also give further input/feedback or approval in a fastest manner.

Supervisors Dashboard:

Supervisors can create task, assign to team members based on the workload which is visualized through a clean and customizable dashboard. He/she can also track the number of project each member is on, what is the status and when the task will be completed.
