Batagor is stands for fried tofu meatballs, is a typical Bandung snack that adapted the Indonesian Chinese style and is now known in almost all parts of Indonesia. In general, batagor is made from soft tofu and filled with a dough made from mackerel fish and tapioca flour and then shaped like a ball which is fried in hot oil for a few minutes until cooked, and served with peanut sauce, sweet soy sauce, chili sauce, and lime juice.
