Bookr App

The goal was to build a fantasy sports mobile application with the key value proposition as stat-based player-prop parlays.

It offers users the ability to combine two or more individual wagers into one singular bet, which can lead to higher potential winnings. This feature can help attract users who are looking for a more engaging and exciting way to play fantasy sports. Typically, users will select from 2-6 different athletes across same/multiple sports to create this singular bet.

User Research

In order to develop a product that meets the needs of the target audience, we conducted extensive user research. This involved analyzing user behavior, pain points, and preferences. Based on our research, we developed user personas to guide our product development process.

  1. The Casual Fan: This user is interested in sports but doesn’t have a lot of knowledge about the players or teams. They are looking for a fun and engaging way to participate in fantasy sports without having to spend too much time researching.

  2. The Hardcore Fan: This user is a die-hard fan of a particular sport or team. They have an in-depth knowledge of the players and teams and are looking for a more challenging and competitive way to play fantasy sports.

  3. The Social Bettor: This user is interested in sports betting but doesn’t have a lot of experience. They are looking for a way to learn more about sports betting and participate in a fun and engaging way.

  4. The Professional Bettor: This user is an experienced sports bettor who is looking for another Sportsbook/Fantasy Sports platform where they can place wagers with high limits. These users are typically very successful and may already be limited at some other sportsbook and flagged as successful bettors.
