Gallo Guapo–handsome rooster–is a restaurant inspired by the Latin American cuisine, and with authenthic dishes in its menu. The food in Gallo Guapo draws inpiration mainly from Mexico, Venezuela, and Bolivia. In a mix of flavors that come from diffrent regions of the continent, Gallo Guapo, is an exciting fusion of tradition and flavor coming together to meet in the table of the constumers and in the brand of the restaurant itself. The rooster is a emblematic simbol of culture aroun the world and specially in the Latin American countries. Very few aspects of so many cultures overlap like the rooster. This is the reason I decided to illustrate the rooster and make it a mark for this restaurant.
