Arriva self-service kiosk

Arriva is the leading provider of bus transportation services in Croatia, covering a wide range of services, primarily local, intercity, and international bus transportation, daily providing its passengers with safe and comfortable mobility solutions.

The challenge

The challenge was to bring more users to their Loyalty program, encouraging customer engagement and retention while highlighting the benefits and value proposition to existing and potential users.

The solution

Arriva kiosk is a concept designed to issue tickets to users of the Arriva Loyalty program. The most significant advantage of such kiosks is practicality and speed, which allows passengers to buy tickets without waiting in line at the cashier.
