Elkjøp prototype
Elkjøp needed a tool to spread the omnichannel vision internally and help inspire champions within the company for a modern, customer-centric approach to retailing. TWL created a prototype that envisions the future of Elkjøp omnichannel retailing that could be used internally to start discussions.
A modern customer journey was built in form of a website where you followed a customer and his interactions throughout the entire customer journey with supporting images and descriptive text.
My part in the project was to support with visuals for the screens the user interacted with. This is one of the pages.
