Direct offer is a simple process which allows users to transfer their third-party (external) investment policies into one, consolidated investment on the platform.

This worked incredibly well for both users and the business through the pandemic as this process originally relied on UK postal service to send an receive letters, now the process is 100% digital making it both cost and time effective.

This process issued £350 million of business, from 4,345 policies and 434 financial advisers, with an average case size of £80,500 in just July 2023 alone.
