UX process

Recently, a junior designer, fresh out of university, came up to me and asked how to transform a client's business problem into a real product, and I found it to be a fantastic question.

It's easy to forget that we were all newcomers at some point, eager to unravel the mysteries of our craft, especially when we've become accustomed to doing things instinctively.

So, I'd like to share this approach with everyone, hoping that it can be of help to anyone who needs it.
