ASB card suite redesign
As part of a small, collaborative team, including a CX designer, two researchers, and myself as a UX Designer, we embarked on the redesign of ASB's EFTPOS, debit, and credit cards.
This transformation included the addition of modern accessibility features, a shift to portrait orientation, relocating card details to the back, and transitioning to flat printing (getting rid of the obsolete embossed numbers). This project highlights my unwavering commitment to inclusive and innovative design, all while adhering to strict guidelines from both brand and VISA.
Importantly, we successfully managed the challenge of accommodating a diverse array of stakeholders from product, marketing, and our own design department.
