Clear microcopy aligned with voice and tone

I used Figma to create mock-ups.

What I did

I gathered research data: competitive analysis and usability testing.

Came up with ideas on how to arrange elements on the pages and determined the number of pages for the process.

Crafted a clear UX copy in collaboration with a UI/UX Designer.

Approach

Initially, I collected data from stakeholders.

Following that, I scrutinized many apps to understand their onboarding processes and conducted behavioral research.

I then presented my design thoughts to stakeholders and the UI/UX Designer.

Following feedback, I created mock-ups with a first UX copy draft.

After deliberations, we started working on the process with the UI/UX Designer. 

Then, I conducted the usability testing.

Eventually, I made the necessary adjustments based on the test outcomes.
