Building a team: evaluation

Part eight of my series of blog illustrations on building a team for the Spyglass blog over at anagram.care. This one is quite different than my initial sketch, which was a team receiving physio after a game. I got pretty far along with that, but it never felt quite right. I was trying to cram too many elements into it and losing sight of what the article was about.

So, I started fresh with an eye to simplify and ended up with this as a result. It's much more true to the nature of the article about evaluations. Also, during the process I made a few assets that I can use in the eventual ebook, so its a win-win!
