Meet our new project — HR-tech service for recruiting automation. Okay, get to it.

The recruiting automation service is a unique product for the CIS market, thanks to which companies are already hiring employees 2 times faster.

Previously, we developed an MVP — an hr-tech application consisting of two parts with different functionality for recruiters and candidates 👀 After 3 months of testing the product, the customer gave us an interesting task: to adapt the mobile interface of recruiters to a desktop version.

User experience in the mobile application and desktop differs 🤨 And quite strongly. Here are the key tips:

👉🏻 size of display

👉🏻 way the users interact with the interface (cursor / fingers)

👉🏻 distribution of user attention on the screen

👉🏻 circumstances of use of the product

👉🏻 scenario for using the service

👉🏻 laws for developing mobile and desktop interfaces

As a result, we took into account all the features of the desktop, redesigned the structure, polished the CJM, developed a high fidelity prototype and wrapped it in a simple but attractive UI 🤤
