Portals, dual perspective logo design for CMS saas platform

A project done several years ago, logo design exploration for Portals, a Content Management System provider serving mainly tech and software companies, web development and design agencies, digital marketing agencies, real estate agencies and platforms, travel agencies and booking services, event planning and ticketing platforms, virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) companies, education and e-learning platforms, telecommunications companies, data security and privacy service providers.

The symbol shows a series of overlapping frames describing portals while also being a visual metaphor for the multitude of tools and business areas covered. The icon also features an optical illusion, a dual / double perspective representing the content interactions - both coming and going.
