Custom Role - Permissions | JSM (Atlassian)

Background

As part of Opsgenie consolidation into JSM, Some key features were part of the main release. And for these key features to work properly, consolidation of user management: Roles, Permission into JSM was necessary while making sure that alerting will be similar to Opsgenie alerting flow.We decided to consolidate all the global custom roles and grouping structure of the roles. However, as we made more progress with analysis & design, we discovered that some of the global custom roles might not be necessary with new consolidation flows and even grouping structure can be more simplified.
