Proactive Spotlight 2.0

In my opinion, the new proactive spotlight introduced in iOS 9 is a big update to spotlight, but can do much more than it does right now.
The iPhone should be able to "predict" things the user wants to do next and pull up information and content from Apples and third-party apps that it thinks might be helpful.
