Insight

Drawing this was much more easier because I became more familiar with Krita and I played around with different brushes to see which brush would be most useful for me. I first started with a rough sketch to establish the pose, features, and general anatomy of the kitsune girl with reference to other digital art drawings on Pinterest.

After I finalized the sketch, I went ahead and started coloring the drawing. Utilizing layers in Krita allowed me to work on different parts such as the clothing and face separately, making it easier to refine each part of the illustration and make necessary adjustments. I also played around with the colors to see which colors would suit the illustration the best. To make it look more realistic, I tried to use different shades of the colors to create shadows.
