Designing the Campaigns

Creating an impactful campaign design required extensive UX research on email marketing apps. As Windsor's clientele primarily consists of sales team members and individuals who frequently use such applications, it was crucial to make the experience feel highly familiar to them.

Data and Overview Design

Windsor is primarily an email marketing application. However, due to the personalized nature of the product and varying sales funnels, the data presented in the campaign overview is significantly different. To ensure that the data is easily comprehensible, a considerable amount of brainstorming was necessary.

Seamless Onboarding Experience

Windsor needed several helpful onboardings and guidelines to make the product options more approachable and less daunting for new users. Customers could learn how Windsor works already working on their real projects and campaigns.
