My recent design exploration for a feedback screen on a ride-hailing app. We all know that feedback isn't just about words; it's about emotions and feelings. So, why not make it more intuitive, fun, and expressive with emojis? 🤔

The Thinking 🧠

Most of the time, users skim through feedback screens and tap without giving it much thought. My aim was to create emojis that instantly resonated with the user's experience, ensuring genuine and instant feedback… We want our users to see these emojis and think, “Yes, that's EXACTLY how I felt!”

Ever noticed how a slight tweak in eyebrows can change an entire facial expression? To give our emojis that extra zing. Designed to add some attitude to our emojis, these eyebrows enhance their relatability and engagement. Whether it's a sassy-raised brow for a great ride or a furrowed one for not-so-great experiences, we've got an emoji that says it all!
