At the beginning of this year, I embarked on an incredible journey with an amazing Norwegian startup called Lille Blad - 2023 Entrepreneur Prize winner! 🏆

Lille Blad, which translates to "small leaf" in English, is on a mission to revolutionize the farming industry. 🌿 They're making waves by providing some of Oslo's most prestigious restaurants like Maaemo and top-notch hotels like Sommerro Hotel with fresh, locally grown leafy greens through vertical hydroponic farming. 🌿🍽️

But that's not all – Lille Blad has big plans for the future. They aim to create local units throughout Norway, paving the way for a more sustainable and eco-friendly approach to food production. 🌎🌿

I've had the privilege of being a part of this journey, from designing sustainable packaging to contributing to the rebranding efforts. It's been an incredibly fulfilling experience, and I'm thrilled to be a part of a team that's making a positive impact on our environment and the way we produce food.
