Figure Drawing

Drawing the human figure for me is the basis of all things: the ways in which we move and the ways in which we stay still say so much and tell such detailed stories that even the most gestural and loose drawing gives away more than any online bio or resume ever could divulge. Drawing people is a pursuit I doubt I will ever give up and no matter how badly the session goes or how embarrassed I am with the result I find I cannot wait until the next chance I have.
