A Sense of Self
A Sense of Self is an exploration into the experience of body dysmorphia through collage and publication design. It explores the idea of how its difficult to perceive how you truly look when you suffer with body dysmorphia and experiments with slightly unsettling collages of warped and distorted faces. The publication format is similar to a kids book in which you can change the eyes, nose and mouth portions of faces from magazines and newspapers to create different versions and distortions.
