Hillside's new "H"

I've been working on a new identity for http://www.hillsidelondon.com/ these past few months and am happy to post where we're at today.

For context, the brief called for a mark that spoke to the church's desire to look outside itself and allow multiple uses across a wide-range of media, surfaces etc.

Inspired by hospitals, labyrinths and those who colour outside the lines, I started with the stylized H and worked the type out from there.

As a community in transition (they're currently between buildings) the plan is to roll the larger re-brand out slowly—but surely—and see where we end up a few months down the road...
