The Miso Lab Organic White Miso is a concept brand. I have this idea as I am trying to put white miso into many soup based dishes, and I feel that miso is more like solid soy sauce with dense flavor and more complicated aftertaste. I am loving it now!

This logo is designed to be simple, modern, and smooth, aiming at presenting miso as a friendly seasoning that can be used in a more varied way instead of only in Japanese cuisine.
