My notes: Thoughts and prayers. When thinking about mass shootings how can we create art that will start conversations? I attempted this question for my first Graphic Design Workshop class. Using a thumbtack I marked every mass shooting since Sandy Hook in 2012. Paired with this map is an audio of text messages from the University of North Carolina shooting that happened very recently. You can hear the full audio on the last slide. This project is so important to me and I hope you all enjoy it.
