Defining a unifying strategy and redesign for a security app

Background:

Company Name® Mobile serves as a personal tech genius, operating discreetly to ensure device security and optimal performance. It safeguards personal data and content, grants access to protection plan benefits from a single, convenient location, and offers one-tap access to live support via call or chat.

The problem:

Company Name® Mobile aimed to achieve a cohesive user experience for their suite of mobile apps, starting with the integration of the five apps that collectively constitute the Company Name® Mobile experience.

The approach:

The strategy involved crafting a unified experience encompassing five separate apps, necessitating the process of unbundling services and pinpointing redundancies.

I initiated collaboration with various stakeholders, including business, marketing, and technical teams. To gather valuable insights, we conducted UX audits of the platforms, ethnographic and usability research, interviewing both active and potential users.
