The borrower can either fill out the application themselves and for the other participants in the transaction, after which the broker will verify it, or the broker can complete it themselves. To increase the conversion of completing the application, we have divided it into steps so that the borrower can fill it out in any sequence convenient for them. They can also stop at a specific step and return to it later.
Selecting Suitable Bank Offers
The system displays suitable bank offers and their mortgage programs based on the borrower's parameters. The broker selects the banks and submits a unified application to all the chosen ones on behalf of the borrower.
In the end, the broker can see which banks have approved the mortgage for the borrower and under what conditions.
